1. Delete in the app
This page applies to the BondMe app (Android: com.bmds.bondme) by Jan Vávra.
- Open BondMe and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile / Settings and choose Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion. For security, you will be asked to sign in again.
- Once finished, you are signed out and the account cannot be restored.
2. What is deleted
We immediately delete from our active systems:
- your account and profile, including your display name and profile photo;
- your invite code and pending invitations;
- every pair you belong to, including all shared content — tasks, rewards, consequences, points history, rituals, limits, activity feed, safe words, emergency contacts and health notes.
Note: the pair’s shared content is deleted for your partner too. If you only want to end one partnership, remove the partner instead — only that pair’s data is deleted, for both partners.
3. What is kept
We keep payment and Premium entitlement records for the period required by accounting and tax law. Purchase records held by Google Play or the App Store are governed by those stores’ policies.
4. Remember to cancel your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play → Subscriptions or in App Store → Subscriptions, ideally before you delete your account.
5. Request by e-mail
If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app installed, send a deletion request from the e-mail address linked to your BondMe account to info@darkrose.cz with the subject “BondMe account deletion”.
We process the request within 30 days and confirm the deletion. If we cannot verify that you hold the account, we may ask you for more information.
