1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of the BondMe mobile app (“the app”), operated by Jan Vávra, company ID IČ: 23425440, registered at Doksy, Jiřího z Poděbrad 1043, 47201 (“the operator”, “we”).
When you sign up, you confirm that you are at least 18 and accept these terms and the privacy policy. The app records which version of the terms you accepted. The current version is 2026-10-31.
2. Who BondMe is for
- Only adults aged 18 or over with full legal capacity may use the app.
- It is intended for adult partners who live a relationship with a dynamic of leading and devotion voluntarily and with mutual consent.
- Provide accurate details when signing up, use only your own account and keep your sign-in details and device secure.
3. Consent and safety
- The app is a tool for agreements between partners. Tasks, points, rewards and consequences do not create any enforceable obligation.
- Either partner can change their limits and safe words, decline a task or consequence, leave the partnership or delete their account at any time — with no in-app penalty designed to make them continue.
- Anything you agree to do outside the app is done at your own responsibility and in accordance with the law.
- In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU).
4. What BondMe is not
BondMe is not a therapy, medical, legal or crisis service and does not replace professional help. Inspiration, articles and ready-made suggestions in the app are for inspiration only. Health notes are an aid for partners, not medical records.
5. Prohibited use
In particular, you must not use the app:
- if you are under 18, or in relation to anyone under 18;
- for conduct or content without the consent of the person concerned, or for any illegal content;
- to monitor, control, blackmail or coerce another person, including making their limits or their decision to leave conditional on anything;
- to share intimate images of other people; do not use explicit or intimate images, or photos of other people without their consent, as your profile photo;
- to harass or threaten anyone or to impersonate another person;
- to circumvent security, access other people’s data, manipulate points or Premium entitlements, or access the service in an automated way.
6. Your content
You are responsible for the content you enter in the app. Both members of a pair can see the pair’s content. Only enter details of other people, such as emergency contacts, if you are entitled to do so.
You grant us only the permission needed to store your content and show it to you and your partner as part of providing the app. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
8. Availability and changes to the app
We provide the app as it is and keep developing it. We may change, add or remove features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and notifications are delivered without a guarantee of timeliness. Any change to paid features must not unlawfully affect your consumer rights.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, content entered by users or the consequences of activities partners agree to outside the app.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited — for example for harm to health or for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
10. Termination and account deletion
You can delete your account in the app at any time; the Account and data deletion page describes how and what is deleted. Removing a partner or leaving a partnership deletes that pair’s shared data for both partners.
If these terms are seriously breached — in particular use by a minor or abuse of another person — we may suspend or close the account, with prior notice where appropriate.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms because of changes to the app, the law or how we operate. We will tell you about material changes in the app and ask you to accept the new version before you continue using it. If you do not agree with a change, you can delete your account.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you habitually live. Consumers may resolve disputes out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), www.coi.cz.
